GEMOTON®

GEMOTON® - a complex natural product for prevention and treatment of iron deficiency states and anemia. Contains a unique combination of the antianemic components having synergy effect.

GEMOTON® contains such components as: bivalent iron, vitamin C, B2, B6, B9, B12 vitamins and minerals (manganese and copper).

Useful effects of GEMOTON®:

·       has hematopoietic, erythropoietic and antianemic effect;

·       prevents the occurrence of iron deficiency and corrects it;

·       promotes synthesis of hemoglobin, a myoglobin and also enzymes (including cytochromes, a catalase, peroxidase);

·       activates oxidation-reduction processes and regulates processes of tissue respiration;

·       promotes formation of normoblasts and maturing of megaloblasts;

·       normalizes work of a cardiovascular system and central nervous system;

·       increases physical efficiency which is defined by participation of iron in aerobic metabolism due to performance by oxygen transport iron in hemoglobin and a myoglobin;

·       stimulates appetite and synthesis of steroid hormones.

Intensive exercise stresses affect blood hemoglobin level. At muscular activity organism needs in oxygen sharply increase, and satisfies with its fuller extraction from blood, increase in speed of a blood-groove and also gradual increase in amount of hemoglobin in blood due to change of blood lump. However at intensive trainings, especially women and also at irrational food have a destruction of erythrocytes of blood and decrease in concentration of hemoglobin that leads to decrease in supply of the working muscles with oxygen and acidulation an organism internal environment. All this leads to decrease in aerobic working capacity and a recovery rate, emergence of a condition of overtraining and also can lead to emergence of an iron deficiency anemia.

Active components of drug are substances, necessary for a blood formation. Lack of one or several of them cause anemia - a state which is characterized by decrease in level of hemoglobin and/or quantity of erythrocytes in blood develops.

Active GEMOTON® ingredients and their action:

Iron - the irreplaceable component of an organism necessary for formation of hemoglobin, a myoglobin, various enzymes and course of oxidizing processes in fabrics.

·       iron takes active part in a blood formation and oxygenation;

·       catalyzes oxidation-reduction and tissue respiration processes;

·       the lack of iron of an organism leads to development of the iron deficiency anemia which is followed by disturbance of physical development, the general weakness, decrease in working capacity, the phenomena of an anemic hypoxia: short wind, tachycardia, etc.

Copper and manganese play a large role in hemoglobin synthesis, being catalysts of process of introduction of iron in porthyrin.

Vitamin C

·       ascorbic acid considerably improves absorption of iron in digestive tract;

·       promotes transfer of iron from depot in marrow;

·       promotes introduction of iron in a porphyritic ring.

B12 vitamin participates in education and maturing of erythrocytes.

B9 vitamin (folic acid)

·       together with B12 vitamin, folic acid takes part in regulation of processes of a blood formation;

·       participates in hemoglobin synthesis therefore it is irreplaceable by production of red blood cells;

·       delivers carbon for synthesis of a ferriferous protein in hemoglobin;

·       participates in synthesis of amino acids, nucleic acids, purines, pyrimidines, in sincaline exchange;

·       it is necessary for normal maturing of megaloblasts and formation of normoblasts;

·       prevents development of megaloblastic hyper-chromic anemia and atherosclerosis;

·       at pregnancy protects an organism from action of teratogens.

B2, B6 vitamins are coenzymes of a number of the enzymatic processes necessary for normal course of oxidation-reduction processes in marrow cells, and energy of these processes goes for ensuring maturing of erythrocytes.

The impact which had by these vitamins on activity and tissue respiration of marrow cells affects also hemoglobin synthesis positively.

Contraindications: hypersensitivity to drug components, the excess content of iron in an organism (hemochromatosis, a hemosiderosis).

GEMOTON Structure

Recommendations to use:

For the purpose of prevention take 1 capsule a day to food, at intensive exercise stresses and for treatment - on 1 capsule 2 times a day. Admission duration - 2 months. After course admission take a 2-week break.

Indications to use:

It is recommended as treatment-and-prophylactic means at an iron deficiency anemia of various etiology and also at the latent and clinically expressed deficiency of the iron which developed as a result:

the increased need of an organism for iron (intensive exercise stresses, the period of intensive growth and puberty);

bleedings (a menorrhagia, metrorrhagias, cankers mucous a GIT, hemorrhoids, nasal bleedings, blood loss at surgical interventions);

disturbances of absorption of iron from a GIT (chronic diarrhea);

the insufficient intake of iron with food caused by poor and unbalanced nutrition.

Also it is recommended to athletes at intensive trainings of aerobic orientation for increase in working capacity and endurance.
